Leadership Development Program

This program will teach you awareness of the leadership skills you already have, and make them stronger. You will work on your Personal Branding (what you want people to remember when they think about you), set goals and create a plan for where you want to go as a leader. You will also learn time management skills and how to execute your plan with the results you desire. The skills you develop in this program will be useful, not just at work, but also in your relationships with family and friends.

What is Olshan 19 for 33?

A NEW Leadership Development Program established for employees across all departments of Olshan. All positions are recommended to apply. From Crew Members & Supervisors, to office staff and sales.

What is the Purpose of 19 for 33?

To develop 19 Olshan Family members over the next 12 months for future leadership positions.

If I Am Accepted into the Program, What will I be doing?

9 monthly online group sessions; each will last 4.5 hours during the week
Meet 3x per year (full day), travel is required
Weekly assignment, up to 3 hours per week of your own time
